Final pricing, availability, specifications, delivery, installation, payment terms and project details are confirmed directly by Villa Glory through written quotations, proposals, invoices or separate agreements.

Submitting an enquiry, catalogue request, product request, material request, Private Concierge message or consultation form does not create a confirmed order or binding agreement.
All products and services are subject to availability, review and written confirmation by Villa Glory.
Any price, budget guidance, product availability, timeline, delivery estimate, material option or service detail provided through the website, Private Concierge, WhatsApp, email or consultation is indicative only unless confirmed in a written quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement issued by Villa Glory.
A confirmed order, project or service engagement exists only when Villa Glory has issued written confirmation and any required deposit, payment or signed approval has been received in accordance with the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement.
SECTION 4 — PRICING, PAYMENT AND AVAILABILITY
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are not displayed on this website and are provided on request.
All pricing is subject to confirmation by Villa Glory and may depend on product configuration, material selection, quantity, customization, delivery location, installation requirements, supplier availability, taxes, duties, logistics, exchange rates and project scope.
Villa Glory reserves the right to revise quotations, pricing, availability, specifications and timelines before final confirmation.
Payment terms, deposits, balance payments, cancellation conditions and other commercial terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal or agreement.
SECTION 5 — CUSTOM, BESPOKE AND PROJECT-BASED WORK
Villa Glory may provide bespoke furniture, custom specifications, interior support, material selection, project consultation, professional tools and other project-based services.
Custom, bespoke and project-based work may require additional approvals, drawings, samples, measurements, technical confirmations, site coordination, supplier confirmations and written sign-off.
Villa Glory is not responsible for delays or changes caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, site conditions, third-party suppliers, logistics, authority requirements, force majeure events or matters outside our reasonable control.
Any bespoke, made-to-order or project-specific item may be subject to separate cancellation, refund, replacement or modification terms stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement.
SECTION 6 — DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND HANDOVER
Delivery, shipping, installation, assembly, handover and related services are not automatically included unless expressly stated in a written quotation, invoice, proposal or agreement.
Any delivery or installation dates provided are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding.
Villa Glory is not liable for delays caused by supplier lead times, customs, transport providers, site readiness, building access restrictions, client delays, force majeure events or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk, title and responsibility for goods will be handled according to the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds and replacement rights depend on the type of product or service, whether it is standard, bespoke, made-to-order, customized, project-based, delivered, installed or approved.
Any applicable return, exchange, cancellation or refund terms will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal or agreement.
Bespoke, customized, special-order, made-to-order, imported, approved or installed items may not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Villa Glory.
